1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or requesting service from ALB Mechanical, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Service Appointments

Appointment times are estimates. Emergency calls are prioritized and may affect scheduled appointment windows. Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided prior to work beginning and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered during service.

4. Account & Authentication

Admin and Staff accounts are for authorized personnel only. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and any two-factor authentication codes sent to their registered email.

5. Limitation of Liability

ALB Mechanical is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service delays outside of our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ALB Mechanical operates.
